How do I add a habit?

Tap Add Habit and start from a template or create your own. Then choose how it's tracked: Check off (one tap and it's done), several times a day (tap once each time) or Focus timer (checked off when the time is up). The free version includes up to 3 habits; Pro unlocks unlimited habits.

How do I use the widget?

Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget and choose Focus Habits. Tap a habit on the widget to check it off without opening the app. You can also add Focus Habits widgets to the Lock Screen.

Can I use Siri?

Yes. Say "Complete <habit> in Focus Habits", using the name of your habit. You can also find Focus Habits actions in the Shortcuts app.

I need a day off. Will I lose my streak?

No. Touch and hold the habit and choose Rest Today. Rest days never break a streak. With Pro, streak freezes also cover up to 2 missed days a month automatically.

I'm not getting reminders.

Open the iPhone Settings app → Focus Habits → Notifications and turn on Allow Notifications.

I'm a night owl. When does a new day start?

By default, at midnight. If you often go to bed later, open Settings → Your Day and change New day starts at (up to 5 AM). Habits you check off before that time still count for the day before.

Where is my data stored? How do I move to a new iPhone?

All data stays on your iPhone. With Pro, use Settings → Export Backup and save the file to iCloud Drive or Files. On the new iPhone, choose Settings → Restore from Backup. Restoring replaces the habits and history on that iPhone.

How do I restore or cancel my purchase?

To restore, tap Restore Purchases in Settings. To cancel a subscription, open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
