License

Focus Habits is developed by Guilherme Dorazzi. You may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

Not a medical device

Focus Habits is a habit tracker designed for people with ADHD and anyone who finds routines hard. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent ADHD or any other condition, and it is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor or other qualified health professional. Do not start, stop or change any treatment based on the app.

Your responsibility

You decide which habits to track and how. Reminders, timers and streaks are tools to support your routines. They may not always arrive or be accurate (for example, if notifications are turned off), so do not rely on the app for anything critical, such as taking medication on time.

Subscriptions and purchases

The free version includes up to 3 habits. Unlimited habits, streak freezes, full history with the monthly calendar, and backup export require Focus Habits Pro, available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly subscription includes a 1-week free trial for eligible users, which converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple; we never see your payment information. To restore a purchase, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.

Your data

Your data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (Pro users can export one from Settings). We cannot recover data lost when the app is deleted or the device is lost. See the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any health outcome, missed habit or reminder, indirect or consequential damages, or lost data arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
