The app
Stay Counter helps you record the countries you visit and estimate how long you can stay under rules such as the Schengen 90/180 rule. Automatic detection can miss or delay a border crossing. Review your stays and correct them when needed; you are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for complying with entry and stay rules.
A planning aid, not legal or tax advice
Counts and dates are estimates based on public rules and on the information you enter. Rules depend on your nationality, visas, residence permits and bilateral agreements, and can change. Border authorities decide on entry and stay. The app does not provide legal, immigration or tax advice and is not affiliated with the European Union, any government or any border authority.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features require Stay Counter Pro, available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your data
Your data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (Pro users can export one from Settings). We cannot recover data lost when the app is deleted or the device is lost. See the Privacy Policy.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, refused entry, fines, bans, tax assessments or lost data arising from the use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
