The app

Invoice & Estimate Maker helps you create estimates and invoices as PDF documents. You are responsible for the content of your documents, including prices, taxes, client details and any legal mentions your country requires.

Not a fiscal or tax system

PDFs created with the app are commercial documents. They do not replace official electronic invoicing systems (for example CFDI in Mexico, NF-e/NFS-e in Brazil, SDI in Italy or national e-invoicing mandates in the European Union) where these apply to you. The app does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require Invoice Maker Pro, available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your data

Your data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (Pro users can export one from Settings). We cannot recover data lost when the app is deleted or the device is lost. See the Privacy Policy.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
