How do I turn an estimate into an invoice?

Open the estimate, tap the … menu and choose Convert to Invoice. You can also swipe right on an estimate in the list. Items, photos, client and notes are copied over.

How do I add my logo and payment details?

Go to Settings. Add your logo (optional), business info and the How to Pay text (for example Zelle, Venmo or check instructions). They appear on every PDF.

Can I attach photos?

Yes, up to 6 per line item. Under any item, tap the photo or camera button. Tap a photo to add a caption or delete it. In the PDF, photos print right below their item, three per row. Turn off Show photos in PDF to leave them out.

How do I record a deposit or a partial payment?

Open the invoice and tap Payments → Record Payment. Enter the amount, date and method; the balance due updates on its own and the invoice is marked Paid when it's covered. Tap Receipt on a payment to share a PDF receipt. To ask for a deposit, set Deposit % on the estimate or invoice; it prints on the PDF. The app doesn't process payments, it only records them.

Can I use two taxes, prices with tax included or a discount?

Yes. Under Totals, turn on Second tax (for example GST + PST or QST), turn on Prices include tax if your prices already include it, and enter a discount as a percentage or an amount. To leave an item out of tax, like labor, tap ⋯ on the item and turn off Taxable. Set your defaults in Settings → Tax & Terms.

How do I reuse items and notes?

Tap ⋯ on an item and choose Save to Saved Items, then use Add Saved Item on any document. Manage them in Settings → Saved Items. In Settings → New Documents you can set notes and a deposit that fill in every new estimate or invoice.

Where is my data stored? How do I move to a new iPhone?

All data stays on your iPhone. With Pro, use Settings → Export Backup and save the file to iCloud Drive or Files. On the new iPhone, choose Restore from Backup.

How do I restore or cancel my purchase?

To restore, tap Restore Purchases in Settings. To cancel a subscription, open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
